TOURIST VISA checklist

For Single Entry Visa

• Passport bio-data page and observation page with passport validity of more than six (6) months from the travel date to Malaysia.
• One passport size photo with a white background, taken in the last 6 months, with the face clearly visible. (without any kind of cap and eyeglasses)
• Confirmed round trip or onward flight ticket.
• Confirmed Hotel Booking.
• Bank account statement showing transactions for the last 1 month with closing balance of more than 500 USD.
• Birth certificate for minor applicants

For Multiple Entry Visa(For Business Trip)

• Letter from the Organization/Employer confirming the status/details of the journey
• Proof of Correspondence of business dealing, e.g. Invitation letter mentioning business purpose
• Bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 month with closing balance of more than 500 USD.
• Any further documents if required by Embassy.
